This abbreviated routine is an energetic flow class with the emphasis on breath-and-movement coordination.

ROOT, REST AND RESTORE
This class starts with joint mobilization moves to boost circulation. We will then practice a set routine to improve posture. It is then followed by standing, seated, prone and supine asana. It is a sequence that can be practised by all.
