NINE GIFTS OF THE HEART QI-GONG
This class consists of nine qi-gong moves supporting the heart by calming the system, improving circulation and helping us respond to stress before it escalates.

TUESDAY 14 APRIL

YOGA FOR FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH
This session will focus on building usable, everyday strength- the kind that supports walking, lifting, balance posture and resilience. It will blend strength, mobility, coordination and breath.

WEDNESDAY 15 APRIL
STEADY BODY, STEADY BREATH
This class is designed to help you move freely, build strength and increase flexibility, regardless shape, age or injuries. The focus is on supportive , mindful movement that meets you where you are.

THURSDAY 16 APRIL
ASTANGA STYLE SHORT FORM
This abbreviated routine is an energetic flow class with the emphasis on breath-and-movement coordination.

FRIDAY 17 APRIL
ROOT, REST AND RESTORE
This class starts with joint mobilization moves to boost circulation. We will then practice a set routine to improve posture. It is then followed by standing, seated, prone and supine asana. It is a sequence that can be practised by all.
